LIST OF OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES

  1. Acute and chronic poisoning with chemical substances and their sequelae.
  2. Pneumoconioses.
  3. Chronic diseases of bronchi induced by substances causing paroxysmal bronchospasm and pneumopathies with inflammatory proliferative reactions: e.g. bronchial asthma, berylliosis, byssinosis.
  4. Chronic bronchitis caused by toxic substances, irritant aerosols - in case of insufficiency of respiratory system.
  5. Pulmonary emphysema in glass-blowers and musicians of brass bands - in case of pulmonary insufficiency.
  6. Chronic athopic, hypertrophic and allergic inflammation of mucous membranes of nose, pharynx, larynx and trachea induced by substances of strong irritating or sensitizing action.
  7. Chronic diseases of vocal organ related to excessive voice effort (singers nodules, vocal cords paresis, hypertrophic changes).
  8. Diseases caused by ionizing radiation together with malignant neoplasms.
  9. Malignant neoplasms induced by carcinogens present in working environment, except for those mentioned under point 8.
  10. Dermatoses.
  11. Contagious and invasive diseases.
  12. Chronic diseases of locomotor system related to the way the job is performed: tendovaginitis, bursitis, damage of meniscus. Muscles and tendinous insertion, epicondylitis of humerus, fatigue-induced bone fracture.
  13. Chronic diseases of peripheral nervous system caused by pressure on nerve trunks.
  14. Diseases of the eye induced by occupational physical or chemical factors (the changes induced by ionizing radiation should be qualified according to point 8).
  15. Noise-induced hearing loss.
  16. Vibratory syndrome.
  17. Diseases induced by work at increased or decreased atmospheric pressure.
  18. Diseases induced by the gravity load (accelerations).
  19. Diseases of the central nervous system, heart stimulating and conducting system and gonads - induced by electromagnetic fields.
  20. Heat hyperpyrexia syndrome and its sequelae.
