Training of occupational health personnel in the BSN countries -publication describes the situation of basic-, upgrading- and specialization training in the field. The country reports have been compiled from the presentations of the 20th Annual Meeting of the Network.
The study shows severe under-reporting of non-fatal work injuries in many countries of the Baltic Sea Region. This exploratory semi-quantitative study states that "What goes unreported goes unfixed."
Summary of the Survey: Reliable Occupational Accident Registration provides information on underreporting of work-related accidents in some of the Baltic Sea countries. This data will allow the policy-makers to take measures for a better prevention of work-related accidents. The summary has been compiled in Norway.
